With 19 years of professional IT background I’m coaching projects, teams and companies to improve their way of working since 7 years. I create waves to push my clients out of their box in order to help them to get better. Doing this I try to keep the balance between avoiding to overwhelm and going for excellence. Besides working as coach, mentor and consultant I’m organizing Agile Tracks on conferences, I’m one of the organizers of Agile Coach Camp 2010, 2011 & 2012, organizer of Play4Agile 2011 & 2012, member of the XP Days advisory board, moderator of the Agile Monday in my hometown Nuremberg and speaker on several international conferences.
Regarding RFG 2012: I’m not a newbie anymore since I made my way to Tisvilde although the volcano of Island tried everything to stop me. Hopefully I haven't lost my beginners mind. I’m looking forward to learn from other participants, their experience, successes and failures in order to improve myself and the way I’m working. I hope to get new inspirations and ideas, to learn new techniques and get kicked out of my “Ha” box. Furthermore I want to spend an enjoyable and exciting time with people that share similar values. In return I’m willing to bring in all my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to make the days in Fladungen remarkable. And who wants can accompany me for jogging or practicing Tai Chi in the morning.
Sunny regards,
Martin
